The small  print. Its important so give it a read;

1. Unlimited refers to personal film processing. If we suspect you are submitting for processing film that you yourself have not shot we reserve the right to discontinue services and revoke your subscription with immediate effect.

2. Fair usage policy applies. The maximum acceptable in any calender month 10 rolls. Any additional rolls will be chargable at half the usual price. This is currently £4 per roll C41 process and scan. In addition, we will only accept up to 5 rolls at a time for processing. This allows us to not only pace our processing but also keeps turnaround times at a reasonable level for everyone and makes return postage easier.

3. Groups. As previously stated, these packages are for individuals. If you are part of a group that would like a group subscription please get in touch using the contact page and we can discuss your options. We are keen to get involved with photographic groups, clubs, university societies all over the country so please do get in touch.

4. Turnaround. Whilst we endeavor o get your films back to you as quickly as possible it can take between 3-5 days for us to turn orders around. If you have a deadline let us know and we will try to help you out.

Same day collection is sometimes possible but please don’t assume! it only takes a minute to call and ask. £1 per film addition is payable for all same day film film service.

6. Cancellations. You are free to cancel your subscription at any time but please be aware that you will be ineligible to resubscribe for a period of 6 months. This is prevent abuse of the subscription service with one off bulk orders.

7. medium format. Unlike most labs we offer all standard 120 aspect ratios from 6×4.5 right upto 6×9. All of which are included in the subscription.

8. Black and white and E6.Whilst neither is included in the processing subscription we know some of you love them. Subribers pay the process only price with scans included at the normal subscriber resolutions and fair usage applies.

9. Home developing. Many of our customers home develop their black and white films and we encourage this. We will scan home developed black and white rolls for our subscribers at a discounted rate. £3 per roll 135 or 120 (complete roll uncut) Normal subscriber medium quality applies.

10. Lomography and other interesting aspect ratios. We accept all types of lomo film as part of the subscription service. If your camera produces an odd picture size like the Diana mini, sprocket rocket or spinner for example we can process your films inclusive of the subscription price but charge £6  scans. This is because these film need special attention from our highly skilled (and oh so handsome) photometric printineers. We do not consider half frame a special scan size if the whole role is shot half frame. If you need them split then the £6 fee applies.

11. Recommend a friend. Recommend a friend codes can be obtained from existing subscribers and used by new, first time subscribers. Both the existing subscriber and their friend will receive one month free subscription. This will be credited as a refund in full to the third payment received from the new subscriber and then to the next payment from the existing subscriber. There is no limit to number of times existing members can receive the £25 credit for recommending new subscribers so get out there and share your codes as widely as you like.

Hi, I don’t have a CD drive on my Mac – if I supplied a USB flash drive along with my films could you put the images on that instead of a CD? K

    Hi there,

I just purchased the enhanced subscription, I was wondering if I need to take in anything to show I have the subscription when I take in my film rolls?

    Thanks!

    Hi there,

I’m very keen to start one of these subscriptions but have a few wee questions.
I would be sending my films to yourselfs through the mail so if I were to require the ‘extras’ how would I pay for these?
Also if purchasing the Enhanced subscription are the charges for prints still the same extra price aka £4 for 36 6×4’s?
    Thanks
